The Single Lodge can be equipped with one or two bedrooms and/or a mezzanine that can serve as extra sleeping or storage space. The house is fully furnished and finished with standard underlayment walls and ceilings with recessed spotlights. When choosing materials, sustainable, natural and reusable materials were used as much as possible. For example, high-quality pine window frames were chosen that are low-maintenance and emphasise that this is a house made of wood. The standard floor finish is marmoleum, also a natural product.

Guarantee periods for new-build tiny houses:
5-year guarantee on the shell part, the construction, including roof and exterior cladding.
7 to 10-year product guarantee on the exterior cladding (depending on the type).
10-year guarantee on roof tiles and the ridge of the roof.
10-year guarantee on the manufacture of frames and rotating parts.
1-year guarantee on hinges and locks.
1-year guarantee on ventilation grilles and baffles.
10-year guarantee on insulating glass (not applicable to rods in/on the glass).
5-year guarantee on sealing and glazing rubbers.
Equipment: The manufacturers' guarantees apply to kitchen equipment, heating and stoves. Tiny House World will inform you about this.
Free repair or replacement: In the event of a justified claim under the guarantee, Tiny House World will ensure free repair or replacement, or the correct execution of the agreed work.
These conditions guarantee that you can rely on the quality of your Tiny House World tiny house for years to come.The transport of our Tiny Houses within the Netherlands costs €1500,-. Our houses are driven directly to the desired location with a tractor, which makes the process efficient and easy. In contrast to many other solutions, there are no high crane costs required to get the house in place. This makes our transport not only more affordable, but also more practical and faster when placing your new house.
